Maintenance Training - Service Providers
This is tailored for the service contractor who is maintaining the equipment and is conducted at the factory in Montreal.

• Day 2: Turbocor Monitor Software Introduction
  • Software installation on all laptops
  • Software familiarization
  • Compressor maintenance
  • Compressor service and testing
  • SRS / Smardt Inc. forms and procedures
• Day 3: Kiltech Chiller Controls
• SRS Compressor Product Range
• Smardt Chiller Product Range
• Chiller commissioning
• Chiller Functionality Test on Test Rig
• Physical chiller component overview
• Kiltech controller operation, software loading and data retrieval

Competencies Achieved

• Turbocor compressors
• TT300 components and basic troubleshooting
• TT350 components and basic troubleshooting
• TT400 components and basic troubleshooting
• Smardt Kiltech chiller controllers
• Chiller Commisioning
• Set-up and adjustment

This course allows the individual technician to carry out maintenance outside the warranty period, service and troubleshoot the current range of Smardt chiller products.. This certification will remain valid for 18 months, beyond which a refresher course may need to be attended unless otherwise indicated by SRS.

Duration
21 hours over 3 days. From 9:00am - 4:00pm.

Cost**

$1350/per attendee plus applicable taxes. (Not applicable for New Retrofit Contractors, whom have 3 training spots included in their Initial Investment Fee paid SRS)cost includes the Smardt and Danfoss Turbocor software, the relevant manuals in electronic format.

Cancellation Fee:

• 30% is payable when cancellation occurs within 14 days of the scheduled class date.
• 60% is payable when cancellation occurs within 7 days of the scheduled class date.
• 100% is payable when cancellation occurs within 24hours of the scheduled class date.

Transportation & Lodging is the responsibility of the attendee.
